I wanted to stop blogging, and i did just that for a year plus. However there is just this one show which i simply had to express my thoughts for it. Although i doubt my words would make just as much impact as the show had made in me.
????? - Ichi Ritoru no Namida
While i admit that initially when i wanted to watch this show it was because of this cute jap model called Sawajiri Erika. I probably paid more attention to her than the actual storyline in the first couple of episode, however that soon changed. It was when the main character, Aya, finally realised that she has been dignosed with spinocellebar degeneration (SCD), that the drama becomes real touching. By the end of the whole drama, even though i hate to admit it, i was struggling not to let anything flow out of my tear-filled eyes. The true-person story, with the addition of a male character to fulfill the late Aya's wish for romance, added spice and more heartbreak for the viewers. Sawajiri Erika simply is the most suited actress for this role. She was so impressive that i just cant get her image out of my head. Not only pretty n cute, her acting skills is simply fabulous.
More importantly, this movie has really made a deep impact on me. It made me realised how i've really wasted my life. When Aya was struggling to live, she still made full use of her life, and her will to survive is second to none. I think i'd really treasure every moment of my life from now onwards.
For friends reading this blog, I'm more than willing to share this great drama. Highly recommended, I think this has just got to be the most saddening n touching show i've ever watched. Definitely i'll get her book which has sold 1.8millon copies in Japan once i've learnt Jap. A truly inspiring real life story.
