who are those dummies wearing the black n white stripes.
the workrate of the newcastle team that took 3rd place 2 yrs back..
were simply not present
the screw up defence.. only a burden to shay given
midfield.. oh man.. pathetic
without dyer, bellamy and woodgate , cant newcastle play?
yea, i know they are missing 3 of their key players
and i make been using this as an excuse for newcastle's poor showing
but how long more can this go on
i really dun know

i guess i'm half done with my homework.. more to go.. during the nxt 'adapting' session..
it's really been busy for me, goin out everyday for this one whole week..
x'mas day.. been to snow city
since i cant have real snow, i mite as well have a go with fake snow..
ok not really snow, probably ice at -7 degree..
went with the secondary school bunch.. 9 of us..
was at snow city at 1+ but we could only buy the tix at 6. every session was crowded out with ard 160 pple
it was absolutely freezing
my poor hands.. i was the only one without any gloves on.. and i was digging at the icy ground for a snowball fanatically
got slight frostbite on my hands after that i think.. but i really enjoy it with my frenz
saturday.. went over to bernard's house for my 'adapting' sessions..
did gp, n chem on my own.. but maths.. alot of adapting is needed for certain topics..
anyway i dint adapt everything.. i left those topics for maths which i think i can do to myself
went for night cycling to somewhere near sengkang.. den go over to punggol park..
i definitely enjoy myself these few days
all i hope for now is to fully recover from my hamstring injury.. i think it should be making good progress
i no longer feel the tightness in my left hamstring..
and elva's new album is coming out tmr
long awaited.. with 2 movie theme songs.. should be damn damn nice
it will cut back into my saving for phone.. but i definitely wont mind..
looking forward to tmr.. ogl session n bball training.. i hope i can train properly soon
i think i'm on the verge of regaining my old self.

It's X'mas Eve.. or should i say.. x'mas now..
well basically .. today went out for physiotherapy
and also to orchard/marina/collyer quay
first, the physiotherapy..
got to balestier at ard 3.30..
well, i think i would recommend that place to anyone who has an muscle injury..
even though i have juz received the treatment n not known if i really recover..
first, when he examines my hamstring, he said it was very tight..
and then he started to pinpoint the spots which i have tears n strains..
well.. he told me that i have damn alot of muscle tears on my left hamstring..
but fortunately they are mostly minor ones..
it probably explain the reason why i do not feel any pain till i exercise
and that the pain do go away shortly after 1 or 2 days each time
only to ache up halfway next training
he told me that the small lumps on my hamstring are actually old muscle tears
which eventually forms the lump which they call it the 'golfer's ball'..
haha.. quite corny..
when he rubs those lumps.. ouchhhh.
pain, but i feel really comfortable after that.. dunno if it's my own psychology effect or what
anyway i'm to be back for one more session
coz i was told one session wasnt enough to get rid of all my lumps
it would probably pain me to death.
so i'm looking forward to be injury free.. by next yr..
ok, after tt i took a bus down to orchard.. meet up with sec sch klassmates..
well i was damn early.. so i went to carrefour n look for the elva vcds going cheap
which my ogl mate, clarissa had told me
unfortunately most were in dvd format, n i do not haf the player yet
n the only vcd.. erm.. long in my cupboard ago..
stroll ard orchard n eat also.. den went to ritz charlton
to accompany ys who is waiting for his darling
vj choir performing there
we played lame games inside the hotel.. at the lift lobby.. zhong ji mi ma
haha.. den we were 'forced' to abandon them..
we went to esplanade.. den walk to collyer quay.. walk outside centro, merlion etc..
den after some time went back to esplanade where tj choir performing..
carolling day sia.. so many schs performing at so many places..
ok.. den got sian of tj carolling which isnt exactly good..
so.. back home , i m.
looking forward to tmr.. which is snow city days.. with sec sch classmates again.. haha..

tiring but i definitely enjoy it
my hamstring is getting better
but i still need to take precautions
i'll never know what will happen
i will work on my fitness n go for swimming on jogging on my own
i m determined to get back my fitness back in secondary sch days
and i will complete my homework, i wun be the one to screw up our team's training program
n i'll find a new meaning to my life
i'll work out for what i want to acheive next yr
i'll cast aside most of the things that has been haunting me in my head

a lil post-game reflection
yesterday we played ITE East (Yishun)
basically the game ended in a draw, 63-63, no OT
in this game i guess i play about half of it, or somewhere there
overall i aint tt happy with my performance
esp. my defence
my legs juz cant shift as fast as it used to be
and i got burned by their star player when i was guarding him in the second quarter
he's really good i muz admit.. top the game with 20+ points..
seldom see someone who can do spin moves that smoothly n quickly
but i still do feel that i would haf taken him out if i were back to my defence standard in sec2
not enough of helping out in the defensive rebounds too
offensive wise..
i m fine with my shooting.. 2 out of 3 including a 3 pter
the miss was a drive past a guy to the baseline, den shoot over the center
basically i m please with the move, juz disappointed with the finishing
which i though i had execute reasonably well
somehow to ball bounce n fell out from the further rim
n i miss a goddamn layup from a steal
erm can say i was distracted by my teammate who was yelling that some guy was behind me
i turn n look, den i pulled my hand further away from the basket before lettin the ball go
bounce twice on the rim, den drop out
lucky the teammate tip it in
still.. it's my fault that i cant fully concentrate n do the norm to score that basket
on the team performance
we lack communication on the court
we lack rebounds
our fitness aint good
but we definitely haf the potential
i juz wish that everyone will put in all their efforts, juz like sikuan, our vice cap
he really works his socks off in every single training
i muz admit i aint putting in my best effort
partly becoz i aint fully fit n dun wanna worsen my injury
partly coz i juz not fully concentrated in training
i hope to change all that
we can make it to the top 4 if we work hard enough, and maybe even better

hmm had a tired day at the ogl workshop..
mr arthur lim finally allow me to continue with being an ogl
on conditions that i will finish all my hw b4 sch term
and also that i will have enuf rest to recover from my injury
well i belong to ISLA, OCEANO~
that's gonna be the best dwelling in aj nxt yr man
having charles as my nature master and yanting as one of my fellow nature ogls
but today the turnout for oceano was really poor
we were the smallest group there
my dwelling ogl partner didnt turn up
heard she went for holiday
anyway i dun even know who she is lar
haha
despite our nature having the least pple
i m proud to say that we are the most efficient nature man
we were the fastest to complete all our nature n dwelling flags
we even had time to slack ard while others were rushing like crazy
haha
practiced slam dunk da funk for og dance
kinda sux at it now coz i keep forgetting the sequence of some steps
as in i cant remember what's the nxt step
but nvm i have my sis.. the dance committee of ajc few yrs back to guide me
haha
hmm
hopefully i can go thru the training wifout pain tmr
so i will know that i m fit for the friendly on fri
dun even know what sch we're playing against
but who cares
