Donno why but this week is an extremely bad week for me.
Firstly i kept losing things the whole week. From protractor to sling buckle to protractor again .. and then i broke a part of SAW (semi-automatic-weapon) during rifle assembling test. some metal piece that was supposed to hook the spring to the bolt carrier group. damnit. was damn freaked out becoz i expected confinement(s) and maybe to fork out alot of money to replace that part.. but somehow it didnt happen. So i was relieved to a certain extent..
Did my LSC (Leader Section Commander) role for the first 2 days of the week.. guess my performance wasnt good.. especially it was during a very busy period where we had tripflare live firing and of coz our navigation exercise GYPSY. so i guess my chance of getting into OCS by the end of first term is really slim.. and i hadnt been able to concentrate well during trainings too.. with half my mind still on the air force application. I seriously hope for a reply soon..
Next week gotta be damn xiong.. night training everyday.. with SOC trial test n Navigation test WANDERER on the same day.. and then SOC real test on the following day. definitely gonna shag out. then we have section training for the rest of the week.. probably alot of outfield stuffs coming up.
Anyway was quite frustrated that we werent allowed/abled to book out early today. All our module for this week was completed yesterday.. which was supposed to end at today afternoon. However, we were made to clean our rifle for 2+ hours, area cleaning for another 2+ hours.. and then to sweep the back of company line and then my platoon had to even clean up an ultra clogged canal.. seriously it was damn lame to get the whole company to go and clean up all areas of the company line.. we had like 5 brooms to 40 people.. and then we were not able to plan our navigation routes and such. it was a time poorly utilized. booking out on saturday evenings and returning on sunday nights were getting frustrating too.. the syllabus is really packed.. i really missed the days where i'm free.. sick of army life.. everything is so restricted in order to suit their purpose of training disciplined soldiers.. i wanna ORD soon. hope time can fly fly and fly. and how time will stop during book out.
The lack of life in me has resorted me to posting only army stuffs. Until i get back on track with my normal life.. this may have to continue. Sadly.
