i got the amazing race fever again.. somebody save me!!!
the AJ race.. to be held as part of the national day celebration.. will pose a chance for me to completed my unaccomplished mission left behind since Amazing Race (north west district). still remember tt we were so close to winning third, losing by juz a mere 10 points.. if only me n bernard dint miss the soccer shootout, if only i dint realised the bus would take a whole loop b4 reaching Rail Mall from Holland V, if only we dint get stuck in traffic jam, if only Judy provided us with juz 1 more correct answer.. blah blah blah.. i was the biggest sinner for our narrow miss on a top 3 finishing accompanied with cash prizes.maybe we cld haf even finish 1st. now this time i muz make sure i dont commit any silly mistakes on the journey again. Had somewhat of a mis-planning today.. really wanted to go back to RI, which is one of the destination.. my alma mater.. how i miss the school.. how i wish i can show my aj classmates ard my beloved school.. make them envious of the spacious environment.. having a clock tower.. blah blah.. but unfortunately all the ex-ri pple n other classes who got hold of the AJ-race announcement b4 us took the slots. den planned out another route which promises more points, but the last slots for one of the middle stations got taken right in front of our face. had to change our plan on the spot, which we eventually takes a slightly further station with an additional 10 points achieveable. not going to make the same fatal mistakes of the NWD Amazing Race, surveying our route will be undertaken beforehand. i really hope we can acheive something as a class, and i hope i can give myself a mini motivation by doing well in this, a motivation to strive forward n acheive what i believe can be.
on a side note, i feel that if a teacher wants to make use of another student's work, he shld haf the basic courtesy of telling tt student beforehand, n not to let the student find out on the spot itself, be it good or bad piece of work. at least let the student haf the mental preparation. want us to respect the teachers, y not the teachers show us the way n lead by example. cant give us the respect n courtesy, how do ya expect us to do the same?
