we lost the semifinal.
more personal first, tiz is the first game i dint get to play at all this season.
i didnt feel sad, i understand the situation n tt is we need a more stable n compose point guard in Sikuan den me. i've been having a pretty frustrating season as a point guard, with numerous turnovers in games such as against rj n tj earlier. so it's understandable tt the coaches wont risk putting me in when they r unsure if i would committ stupid turnovers again.
my passion was burning though on the bench.
i felt that i was in a great condition though.
it had never been easy for me to convert myself into a point guard, i've been playing forwards for the whole of my life.
try putting david beckham as a central defender n u see what happen.

so i've flunked big time as a point guard. ( score = 1.5 out of 5 )
so i've got no comments no not being able to play today.
on a team note,
i feel that everyone had too much goin on in the mind. let's face it.
our offense were stagnant to a point where we could hit a basket for a long period of time.
our shooting were so off.
defence was bad. rebounds.. we dint even block out the opponents. hongyi took so many free underbasket rebounds n killed us off there. and to think he was having an off-day, missing so many sitters already. yet he score so many points. gab pang aso burnt us.
ok that's having 2 of my ex-teammate n junior killing us off in this game. n i have to watch them slaughter us from the bench. fuck
we knew where our weak points are. we let our weak points be exploited by them.
so, i dint really feel sad. if we cant get the basics right, even at this crucial stage, consider ourselves lucky to be in semis. hwachong won, coz they did the basics well, n some individual talent in pang sai.
guess last training in thurs. playing sat, den prize presentation on nxt wed. let's hope we get a third to end off our season, n after this i'll be taking part in youth cup in june with the vj(ex-ri) team n then gryphons cup in aug. as a FORWARD. let's hope i cant end off my schooling basketball season on a slightly higher note.
