w00t. I love Mr Lim.. only made us do like erm.. 12+ rounds of running i guess? n maybe another 100 pushups.. hmm.. situps maybe ard 60? den incline pullups 40.. very relaxing huh.. n ended our pe so late tt i cant go n grab some proper food in the canteen without being late for lesson.
But what he says r quite true.. most of us r weak in the mind -- we give up easily. AJC pe is really a damn good way to prepare ourselves for NS.
N i m keen to take on his challenge for the pe group: to do 26 pullups by nov.
I muz admit tt my fitness is really poor now -- i doubt i can run below 9:30 for 2.4km now n most likely not able to do 10 pullups.
That's worse off than my secondary 2 record. Yea probably due to me not having any proper training after the season ended last yr.
It's been a long break.
Sorta able to play the guitar piece for the concert now, but between the group we still muz find the correct coordination. our timing sux.
N becoz of bball training, bio excursion, tests, blahblah, i gonna miss 75% of guitar practice? die. May 31 is coming.. Will I b prepared enuf by then?
Hmm my friend told her teacher ic to register me for vball recreational.. argh tt will b my 3rd cca.. wonder if i can tahan the hectic schedule anot.
